Jessica Silva is a Senior Facilitator with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training, coaching, hospitality, and education industries. She is a results-oriented professional and skilled in Workforce Development, Nonprofit Organizations, Coaching, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and all aspects of Hospitality Operations. 

Anoa N’diaye is an analytical, insightful, perceptive and accomplished program manager and trainer. She applies her strong organizational skills and methodical, yet flexible, approach when assisting managing principals in identifying the bottom-line desired outcome by employing the Socratic method of exploration. 

Dr. Rebecca Foster serves as Director of Operations for Urban Equity Consulting. Rebecca is a results-oriented professional providing leadership, management, and performance excellence in the fields of education, personal development, and workforce development. Skilled in nonprofit organizations growth and development, Microsoft Word and Excel, lesson planning, curriculum development, educational technology, and volunteer management. Strong professional with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.)

A highly knowledgeable and experienced professional with a proven record of fundraising,  program development, organizational development, program management, implementation and achieving outcomes. Change agent and problem-solver with a passion for organizational development; skilled in grasping the big picture while not losing sight of the details; and equally capable of conceptualizing, developing and motivating highly focused teams that have repeatedly met and exceeded company objectives, while handling tasks directly when appropriate. A hands-on leader.

A third generation entrepreneur and small business evangelist. A dedicated Business Certification Specialist, on a continued mission to support businesses navigate the complex landscape of processes, regulations and standards, ensuring businesses achieve and maintain the certifications vital for their success. Leveraging expertise to streamline processes, conduct meticulous assessments, and provide strategic guidance, empowering people to meet industry benchmarks and excel in their respective domains. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on driving growth through compliance, I aim to be the catalyst that propels businesses toward sustained success in a rapidly evolving market.

Cara Fuller is a problem solver, systems designer, entrepreneur, community advocate and innovation alchemist. She assists mission-driven organizations and entities of all sizes to help them overcome the struggles, clutter, and tediousness of day-to-day operations through practicality, questioning narratives and assumptions, building sustainable processes, stronger project/change management practices, along with other needs. She equips groups with better organizational systems to improve team efficiency, communications and work quality. Cara understands that workplaces are capable of accomplishing amazing feats through dedication, flexibility and ingenuity.

​Prior to launching the first Adult Charter School East of the River in  Washington, DC, Connie Spinner was found overseeing workforce development programs and career and technical education for the University of the District of Columbia. These programs provide free job and professional training courses—designed to hone the job skills D.C. employers need today—at five locations throughout the District. Career education is a critical component of the Community College Initiative. Ms. Spinner has over 30 years of experience in education and community development, working to improve the quality of life for citizens in the District of Columbia and for children in poor communities across the nation

The Vision Producer, is a sought out transformational speaker. His words are divinely guided and a conduit for life change in those who find themselves in front of him. Carlos has been called to speak as a catalyst for the personal development of people and groups, the likes of which include being the first African American speaker for the New York State Police Academy. Carlos is powered by the overcomings of his life, legacy and service.

As a motivational speaker, Carlos V Spencer uses his gift of high energy and captivating communication to flip the switch inside inspired, driven individuals allowing them to tap into their full potential so they can ignite their life’s mission. His insightful speeches catapult people into action causing them to depart with a new direction and introspective look on life.

Amtyh is a multifaceted individual whose journey encompasses roles as a mother, organizer, dancer, and healer. Her academic foundation stems from Howard University, where she pursued degrees in Black Political Science/Africana Studies, complemented by minors in African and African-American Psychology.

​

Drawing from her diverse experiences and educational background, Amtyh stands as the Senior Lead for Content Development and Communications. Her role embodies a fusion of her passions and expertise, where she skillfully merges her understanding of social sciences and cultural psychology with her exceptional communication prowess.

Setting the organizational strategy and vision for justice, equity, diversity, inclusion and climate.. The Vice Dean for JEDI is responsible for developing and implementing strategic interventions to create and enhance a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion, a climate of belonging, and work toward eradicating structural racism, gender bias and all forms of discrimination. Dr. Thomas Stewart graduated with honors from the University of the District of Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in 1987 and a Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University.

Tearsa serves as Intake and Assessment Coordinator. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, and has been serving with Urban Equity since 2020. She is currently completing her Associate of Arts and has been an active volunteer in Baltimore City Public Schools since 2014. She also enjoys expressing her creativity by designing/writing crochet fashions for women.
